Accounts are provisioned by district-level administrators. Contact your District Health Information Officer (DHIO) to request access. New facility staff receive role-appropriate permissions based on their position.

The Test Environment is a sandbox for training new staff, onboarding, and piloting new features before production deployment. No real programme data is affected. Access it at ghs-rslog.org/rslogGh_TEST.

rsLog Ghana primarily captures Family Planning service data — new and existing acceptors, contraceptive methods (pills, injectables, implants, IUDs, condoms), provider details, and counselling records — and Comprehensive Abortion Care (CAC) service transactions including daily logs, procedures, and post-abortion contraception. It also tracks the stock levels of all associated FP and CAC commodities at each facility.

Yes. The Android app supports full offline data entry. Stock records and report data are stored locally on the device and automatically synchronized with the central server the next time a network connection is available.

FP and CAC monthly LMIS reports are typically due by the 5th of each month covering the previous reporting period. The platform sends automated reminders as the deadline approaches. Daily FP and CAC transaction records should be entered at the time of service to ensure accurate monthly summaries.
